In this video, Workers’ Compensation Attorney Andre’ Ramsay answers, Nursing Injuries and Workers Compensation – What Can Happen if You are Injured Offsite?

[TRANSCRIPT] Hi, I’m Attorney Andre’ Ramsay with the Cochran Firm in Atlanta. Now, let’s just say you’re a nurse or a CNA and you’re hurt offsite possibly providing treatment to a patient that lives at home. Is that covered in the workers’ compensation insurance? The answer? Most likely yes. Now, obviously, there are factors that we need to consider. That’s why you need to give us a phone call. Again, my name is Andre’ Ramsay and I’m the lawyer for the everyday worker.

The Cochran Firm Atlanta has a simple mission, to bring legal justice to the clients who have suffered personal injuries. Our partners are hand-picked by Johnnie L.
