First thing you should do:

Contact your employer, inform them of your injury and ask them to go see a workers’ compensation doctor.

If you need emergency services, then simply go to the emergency room. I’ve had clients who have had the ambulance come and pick them up and take them to the hospital.

Don’t wait. Go immediately to the emergency room or go to the workers’ compensation doctor as soon as possible. If you need to, go see your personal primary care physician, but always go first to either the emergency room or to the workers’ compensation doctors.
