Hi. I’m Attorney Andre’ Ramsay, your workers’ compensation attorney. How long does your worker’s compensation claim take?
It’s simple. It takes as long as it needs to. I’ve had claims that are going on for a week, a month. I’ve had claims going on for two or three years. I have a client right now who was injured back in 1999 and she still has a workers’ compensation claim.
