It’s really quite simple. I just wanted to help people. I haven’t always been a lawyer. I didn’t take the direct path from college to law school, to being an attorney. There was seven to eight years in between college and law school that I was a worker just like you. I worked in retail. I worked in service, I worked in customer service. I worked manual jobs.

And these things made me have an appreciation for you. It made me have an appreciation for people who get hurt. I wanted to be that person that you could rely on. I wanted to be that person that you could call and know that I would fight for you.
