How Much Does a Workers’ Compensation Lawyer Charge?

Now, how much do you have to pay your attorney once you file a workers’ compensation claim? Truth of the matter is, you don’t pay me anything until we settle your case. When you come in to speak with me, for one, you get a free consultation. For two, you don’t have to pay me anything upfront in order to represent you, regardless if I have to go to court to do something, to make the insurance company pay you what they owe you.
