[VIDEO] What Income Benefits Are Injured Workers Entitled?

Workers’ compensation insurance companies are suppose to pay you two-thirds of your average weekly wage when you cannot return to work due to your injuries on the job.
Now, let’s just say you are a pilot and you earn over $100,000 a year but with work injuries the insurance company only gave you the equivalent of about $28,000 a year. That’s a huge difference and that’s why you need an attorney to help you.
