Your employer by law must list a panel of physicians in your work place – perhaps on a bulletin board, or maybe in the lunch room.

That panel of physicians has to list a minimum of six doctors for you to choose where you’d like to go for treatment. That panel is supposed to have a minimum of one orthopedic specialist, and at maximum two industrial clinics:

Don’t let them send you to a doctor they’re familiar with and you are not. Those doctors control the medical, which means they could return you to work sooner than you need to be.
