[VIDEO] Atlanta Workers’ Compensation Client Gets Advice
I often advise my clients to trust the process. Listen to me and work with me. I can’t do it without them and they can’t do it without us.
I listen to what their needs are and I try to portray those needs across to the insurance company.
So because I listen to them so much, I always tell them to always communicate. Communication is key on both ends. A lot of clients will say that their previous attorneys didn’t call them back, or they don’t know what’s going on, they’re lost in the process, so I try to keep an open line of communication.
Let them know what’s going on but it has to be both ways for it to work. Contact us.
